After graduating from Dental School, Dr. Bernardo Rodriguez entered a post graduated residency in orthodontist at the Children’s Hospital of Mexico Federico Gomez in Mexico city.

He’s a member of the Mexican Association of orthodontics, Mexican Dental Association Tamaulipas Dental Association and Nuevo Progreso Dental Association.

Dr. Bernardo Rodriguez is a fluent in English and has had his orthodontic practice in Nuevo Progreso Tamps since 1997.

Dr. Alejandro Benitez Fernandez was born in Mexico in the State of Nayarit, he graduated from the Autonumus University of Nayarit (UAN) of dental surgeons in the generation 1996 – 2001.
Medical Dental Surgeon, he has been practicing dentistry in Nuevo Progreso, Mexico for 15 years. He received DDS from College of Dental Surgeons, Tepic Nayarit, class of 2002, and also have advanced degrees from other universities. He is currently studying the specialty of dental implantology at Reynosa, Tamaulipas.

Education and Continuing Education I was born and raised in San Luis Potosi . I graduated from the University School of Dental Medicine in Tamaulipas (UAT) in 1991. After graduation, I move to Nuevo Progreso and started my dental practice, in 1992, where I met individuals who are still my patients today. Since 1992, when the first Texas Dental Clinic,was open, I continually upgrade my knowledge by attending postgraduate continuing education courses in cosmetic, restorative, implant, and sedation dentistry.

In November, 2007. I earn my Cosmetic Dentistry Certification (IDAP).
I feel the most effective way to stay abreast of the latest advances in dentistry is to attend the annual meetings of the various dental associations, including the ADA & ADM. Recently I graduated from my MD Implantology dentistry from Colegio Mexicano de Oseointegración (2018).

Dr. Alejandro Romero

Dr. Alejandro was born in Mexico City where he grew up and enrolled in the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), alma mater where he finished high school, dental school and training in orthodontics. He worked in Mexico City alongside his father and older brother until he moved to McAllen TX, where he worked with a recognized orthodontist from the Rio Grande Valley.

In 1994, he established his original orthodontic practice in Nuevo Progreso, Mexico and now practices in our beautiful Main office, just down the block from the original location.

Dr. Romero has been happily married to his wife for over 30 years and they are the proud parents of their two children. Dr. Romero loves playing tennis, motorcycles and boats.
